Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Master’s degree (with at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized institution.
Experience & Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in a reputed educational institution, preferably at a senior level.
Strong leadership, administration, and public dealing skills.
Knowledge of modern educational strategies, learning systems, and tools.
Experience in staff training, institutional planning, and monitoring.
Familiarity with Punjab’s education policies and procedures.
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Disposition Required:
Progressive mindset with leadership capabilities.
Willingness to work in a dynamic academic environment.
Personality that inspires discipline, innovation, and effective management.
